I’m open, heart-centered, compassionate, an eternal optimist and have a remarkable capacity to see the good in people. Transforming your life and business is empowering and liberating but it's a process and can also be difficult. You want to work with someone who has a gift for believing in you, especially when you don’t YET.

I am a Capricorn, Aquarius rising, with a Virgo Moon this means I’m fiercely ambitious, persistent, realistic, deeply empathetic and disciplined. I was born with a natural ability to love big, hold space, empathize and empower all those around me. Going deep is in my nature; I go there and am equipped to support you in your process.

Change does not happen overnight. If at first you don’t succeed, get up again and keep going! True transformation requires courage, grit, persistence and commitment.  I have struggled,  battled limiting beliefs, fallen on my face and failed miserably.  It's not going to be easy and Rome was not built in a day but deciding where you want to go, taking unstoppable action to get there and having the proper support to guide you and keep you on track are the first steps and it would be my pleasure to light your path on your journey of self discovery.   I am committed to serving as the best example I can while helping others find the light of their own truth and connect to their self worth.

Just because I lead with my heart, am an avid yogi, meditator and love Duran Duran does not mean I'm living in an alternate reality. I’m a recovering executive who climbed high atop the corporate ladder, successfully navigating agency life and the entertainment business for over 20 years.  I can work with anyone and so can you. I have redefined who I am as a woman, as a Mama and as a professional.  I say what I mean and do what I say and no longer give my power away- to anyone.  After a lifelong struggle with my relationship with food and body image, I finally treat my body like the luxury vehicle it is.  I manifested the love of my life at 39, married at 42 and am living proof that age is just a number, giving birth to a beautiful girl at the ripe age of 46.  I’ve survived the loss of 4 parents and am stronger, more grateful and connected because of it. I have proven to myself that I can get through anything and I am here to help you do the same.

When I fall, I fall up... I’ve always been someone who rises to a challenge.  Not really competitive with others, most competitive with myself. To say I have high standards for myself is an understatement.  Above all I love myself, do my best prioritize myself and self-care so I can show up more fully in my life, with my family and in my business. I’ve been an executive representing Fortune 500 companies and the CEO of small businesses struggling to get my feet underneath me.  I’m a new Mama who got lost in the process only to find herself again, more full, more empowered.   I’ve made money. I’ve lost money. I’ve been the epitome of success. And I’ve failed miserably. Not a day goes by that I’m not grateful and aware of how extraordinarily privileged I am. Every day I get a little bit better at self-compassion and forgiveness.  I can support you on your path and empower you to rise in challenge.
